We have “Administrative Days” which take place every other Monday or Friday. When this occurs there is a staff member who is in the office to answer your phone calls; however, patients are not seen on these “Administrative Days”.
We have “VP days” which occur when Dr. Wiggins and Dr. Boswell are away from the office for continuing education, conferences, etc. On these days we do have a clinical staff member present in the office that can handle non critical emergencies that do not require Dr. Wiggins’ nor Dr. Boswell's expertise. For example a pokey wire can be handled by an assistant or the placement of a button that has fallen off on a clear aligner tray.
